time & mind - SOLSTICE

Time & Mind is a Lofi Project I started in 2020. I found myself really connecting to Lofi music during Covid because it completely calmed my nervous system and relaxed me while I was working from home and the world seemed like dark scary place. Having a lot more free time during the pandemic, I found myself coming back to music more and more. Something clicked and I started making instrumental music as a way to self soothing and it felt so therapeutic.
